At Second Baptist Church of Fresno, CA, our mission is to serve God by supporting our congregation and extending outreach programs that uplift individuals, families, and the wider community.

The Deacon Board assists in the spiritual and administrative duties of the church, supporting the pastor, caring for the congregation, and helping with church services.

The Deaconess/Mothers Board consists of dedicated women and men who provide spiritual guidance, mentorship, and support to the church family, fostering a nurturing and caring environment.

The Trustee Board is responsible for overseeing the financial and physical assets of the church, including budgeting, property maintenance, and financial stewardship.

The Usher Board plays a vital role in welcoming members and visitors, maintaining order during worship services, and creating a warm and hospitable environment for all.

The Chancel Board ensures that the sanctuary and altar area are well-maintained and prepared for worship services, ceremonies, and special events, enhancing the worship experience.

The Nurses Ministry provides basic first aid and health assistance to members in need during services and church events, ensuring the well-being of the congregation.

The Youth & Children's Ministry is dedicated to teaching children about faith, values, and the love of Jesus Christ through engaging lessons, activities, and community-building programs.
